Principal's Welcome

Its motto “Finem Respice”, meaning consider the end, provides direction for all members of the community and especially our students.

It encourages them to think about the end point of their high school life and consider what and who they want to be.

Our School culture of High Achievement and an Ethos of Respect guides our students throughout their journey and it constantly reminds them of their purpose.

Students attending Modbury High School experience a safe and supportive learning environment. They are encouraged to do their personal best in all activities they undertake whether it is a subject they are studying or an extra curriculum activity.

Our teachers are highly passionate and committed to support every student to achieve their personal best at every level of schooling and pathway.

Parent involvement is valued and encouraged by joining Governing Council, attending school working bees, attendance at parent teacher interviews, regular communication with teachers and supporting extra-curricular activities.
